Moran has, in fact, evaded much more than that simple question. In response to one of his juvenile "challenges"

I offered to have the question submitted to an impartial arbitrator in an alternate resolution forum with the loser to pay the costs of the arbitration. I suggested the American Arbitration Association, a national group which is known for providing such services.

Moran not only falied to respond to this but later lied about the offer stating in a post that I had demanded that he file "formal charges" before the "California Arbitration Board". I pointed out those "mistakes" but for some reason Tommy the Chicken has failed to respond to them as well.
